Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Consultant in Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse
Talking to a therapist in confidence may help you to understand and acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing and enable you to begin to move forward in your life. Counselling and Psychotherapy can be helpful whether you’re struggling with something specific, feeling generally low, overwhelmed or stuck. It offers you a place to slow down, reflect, and explore new perspectives and possibilities. Perhaps, you want things to be different in some way or feel that some focused time to explore, and better understand your thoughts and feelings might be helpful. Then this is the right place for you.
